Great news! Trostle's now has a shopping cart that allows you to purchase items directly online and pay with any major credit card or with Paypal. Trostle's has been selling online since 1999 and has an excellent reputation with both eBay and Paypal. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Shipping

Online purchases are shipped no later than three business days following purchase and confirmed/cleared payment. We ship using Priority Mail, unless specified otherwise, to get your item to you safely and quickly. All shipping costs include insurance. Sorry, we do ship outside of the United States. Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska is available, however, shipping costs can not be calculated at checkout. They will be billed after purchase. Our shipping cost commitment: Total cost of shipping will be printed on all shipping labels. Any difference between the cost charged at the time of purchase and the cost to ship will be refunded back to you via paypal immediately following shipment!

Local Shopping

The shopping cart on our website includes shipping costs, however, you may prefer to pick up your purchases if you are local to Gettysburg, PA. If this is the case, you may do one of two things: You may shop online, pay the shipping costs at check out and upon confirmation of local pick up, the shipping will be refunded to you. Or, you may email us with your order and an invoice (without shipping) will be sent to you via Paypal. Once items are paid for, they will be removed from our website. All items remain available for sale until payment is received - so the safest way to secure your items is to shop online and pay through the shopping cart.

Payment Methods

Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover, Paypal and e-checks are accepted. Note that if you are paying with Paypal or an e-check, your item will be shipped following confirmation of cleared payment.

Returns

Because we deal in antiques and one-of-a-kind merchandise, all items are sold "as-described". We accept returns ONLY if you feel the item was described incorrectly on our website. Please contact us to discuss an item prior to making a return.
