your zipcode and we'll prepare a total price including shipping and insurance, and will bill you via email or paypal, whichever
you prefer. Trostle's has been selling online since 1999 and has an excellent reputation with both eBay
and Paypal. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Payment Methods
Paypal is our preferred
payment method. With Paypal you can pay by Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover, or with your Paypal
Balance. Payments via a US Postal Service Money order are accepted, however, such payments must be received within 10
days of online order or your item will be released for re-sale. Please contact us for additional information.
Shipping Items
Online purchases are shipped three business day following
purchase and confirmed/cleared payment. We ship using Priority Mail to get your item to you safely and quickly.
Furniture
Furniture sales are "pick
up only" in our Gettysburg, PA store. In this case, you will need to arrange a pick up appointment with us after purchase.
We can provide very flexible schedules for pick up appointments
(weekdays, evenings & weekends).
We are also happy
to work with any shippers you may contract with to pick up your item(s) for you. There are several wonderful "blanket
wrap" shippers who pick up and deliver items regionally and nationally. Trostle's
Antiques can not be held responsible for acts of third party shippers hired by you. Once the shippers
arrive to pick up the item(s) for you, they are responsible for the safety and condition of your item(s).
Returns
Because we deal in
antiques and one-of-a-kind merchandise, all items are sold "as-described". We accept returns ONLY if you feel the
item was described incorrectly on our website. Please contact us to discuss an item prior to making a return.
